Mini Site Courses

Related to my post below, about Mini Sites vs. Content Sites, if Mini Sites are a good idea, what is the best course on the market to profit from these ? I'm guessing authors such as Marlon Sanders or Phil Wiley. Any one who has had proven success putting specific courses into practice ? Thank you.

Ken,

I have read, and practice, an excellent ebook written by Alpha Del Bosque. It is called How to Create Killer Mini Sites That Sell Like Crazy.

It is the basis of all my sites and products I am currently building.

There may be others that some feel are as good or better, but it sure works for me.

Mini Site is Proven

Yes, Mini Site is Proven
by Marlon Sander and Other
Successful Internet Marketers.

You can learn from it
just by studying the other
mini sites without paying
a dime.

It's very easy as observing
what's in the first page.
You don't need to spend
a dime. You can learn from
it after one day of self
studying.

Good Luck.

I agree with Richard too if your power of observation is good. You can learn what's working for most of the big name internet marketers if you just visit sites too. If something is not working you won't see it on one of these sites for long. That's why you visit Corey's or Marlon's site frequently. They are constantly testing :-)

Content means FREE TRAFFIC!

Ken,

I'm going to comment about your question on mini sites. You can't argue with success, and I'm studying the mini concept right now.

But my theme site on gardening generates it's own traffic, and makes it's own sales. Because of the extensive amount of free content on the site I get all kinds of links from all over the web, free newspaper and magazine space, and an occasional mention on TV.

Even some of the big magazines link their sites to mine. I spend very little time and almost no money promoting that site. It does that on it's own. It is also my primary income producer through product sales alone. I don't sell any adverising space on the site or in my E-zine.

If it didn't generate it's own traffic, I'm not sure how I would bring it traffic. It would be costly. The techniques we use in the opp market are not accepted in the gardening arena.

Just thought I'd share that.

Mini sites generate their own traffic, too

Mike,

In the adult site world what they call freesites or free sites are what we call mini sites. There are many hundreds of thousands of them, run by people who know how to optimize for the SEs.

Adult webmasters have two main ways of getting traffic: search engines and trading traffic amongst themselves. They can't relentlessly post messages on forums that include their link at the end. They can't buy ads. They can't submit articles to ezines.

If they couldn't bring in new search engine traffic all the adult sites on the web would wither and die. I could explain the math behind how they make it work, but I'd rather not.

Hope this helps,

- Boyd
