Although this public domain info is definitely helpful, the orignal 462 page classic is available here:

The Robert Collier Letter book and the booklet that features 15 letters selected by Robert Collier are two different things. The Letter Book is still covered by copyright. The Million Dollar Letters booklet is the only thing in public domain.
