I really like pewter a lot as well. And, I think that your idea for SQ1 Jewelry would work up very nicely in finely detailed pewter. I hope that you will go forward with this idea.

Since you asked, my wound from the accidental deep cut to my hand is beginning to heal nicely at this point. However, it is still very painful to grasp anything. My work with the eggshells requires the proper and flexible use of that hand...so that has thrown me behind schedule considerably.

But just another week or two and I should be almost as good as new! :)

Yet, this experience, which happened at exactly the worst possible time of the year for holiday preparations for my art sales, really brings home the fact just how quickly a disabling accident can cause a sudden halt to certain income producing abilities.

In my case, it is only temporary. But it still gives me pause to consider how REALLY important it is to have multiple income streams.

We never truly know what is just around the bend, do we?
