I have the ability to create desktop videos and desktop learning formats that make learning very easy.Do you think if I specialized in creating such training aids that it would be a worthwhile business ? and how and where could I locate a ready market for this type of service? Thanks for any help you may offer.

You haven't said what your training aids teach so we cannot tell you if there is a ready made market for them.
