Non-Electronic Clipping service

I thought this would be easy to find but I am having a hard time tracking it down. I need a clipping service that will forward me specific articles clipped from newspapers and magazines. I do not want to use electronic clipping services I want a service that does it manually. Anybody know if this exists?

Here ya go PLUS a biz idea

I have used Bacon's Clipping Service in Chicago. I think they have a website "http://www.bacons.com"

Go to your Library and look in a Chicago Yellow Pages under "Clipping Bureau". There's 2 or 3 listed.

Used to cost me 25cents per article for my category and they loaded me down every 2 weeks.

Here's an idea for a business;
Start up a Newsletter offering a Monthly Service of "UNIQUE and DIFFERENT BUSINESSES & PRODUCTS"
Just ask Bacon's to send you articles on "Unique & Different businesses and products" and you will be swamped with articles. You'll get articles from newspapers all across the country.

Make up a Sales Letter and offer a Subscription.
3 mos for $35....1 year for $97.

Most people are interested in Unique and Different businesses and products that are UP AND RUNNING!

George Haylings (one of my "heros") had a mail order biz going for many yrs using this concept.

I think Mike & Dien's "The Great Ideas Letter" and Ron Ruiz's "The Business Fastlane" are two prime examples of the "UNIQUE and DIFFERENT BUSINESSES & PRODUCTS" newsletter concept. (Though, I don't know if either uses a clipping service.)

As for clipping services, in addition to Bacon's (1-800-621-0561), Mark Nolan also lists Burrelles Press Clipping Service (1-800-631-1160) and Luce Press Clippings (1-800-528-8226) in his "Instant Cash-Flow" book. Don't know anymore about them than that, but if they're still around, they probably have web-sites.
