Three difficult eBook Questions
 

Hi,

Here are two questions that a few of you very experienced Internet Experts may have the answer to :

#1. How do you create a password protected eBook. When you have the eBook made, and if you want to offer a free 30 day trial (like many big software companies do), how do you prevent the person from using or seeing the eBook after 30 days is up (including protecting the person from turning back their clock on their PC to get more time) ?

#2. If anyone already does this, do you get their credit card details when the trial starts, or when they pay after the 30 days is up ? I'm guessing only Pay Pal and a few other companies would allow this 30 day trial ?

#3. Has anyone tried offering a hard cover book (in a 3 ring binder format) in addition to your eBook, since many people don't like eBooks. I know Corey Rudly does this. Does anyone know of any company in the USA that will create a 3 ring binder book, with the same contents as the eBook, and maybe the cover of the 3-ring binder printed with the eBook name ? Will they also drop ship it ? Does any company exist like this ? I'm looking for one. I know that many people want that hard, physical copy instead of an ebook.
