Project bidding sites like eLance
 

I need some excel VBA work done and my budget is very meager, I need a project website like eLance that allows a lot of off-shore developers to bid on projects. I prefer a well attended established site but with scrooples and free access to bidders.

I use www.FreelanceWebProjects.com for such projects. It's quite well attended with over 1500 registered programmers. Unlike elance it's still free to post and bid on projects and they are not currently charging any fees.

That sounds like a really great resource, and you said it was free. It's a good idea. I will ad it to the classifieds on my site so that other can visit it, thanks for the link.
