Hi everyone!
It is been a while since i have post message to this board. I got a question about finder fee in properties. What is the procedure of being a finder fee on property? Do you actually sign contract with the owner? and if so, how would you know if the owner sell the house to somebody you introduce to? Any help will be much appreciated.
