Just finished another one
 

14 Ads @ $795 each on something I created from "scratch".

Last year I discovered an "Information Board" in a Health Club in the big city an hour north of me (Eugene, OR)

I took a few photos and decided to "do one myself"...at a Club in my town.

Showed the photo to the club owner. She agreed to let me install it.

Put together a "pitch" and proceeded to sell each of the 14 available spaces for $795 a year...to local biznesses.

Did that. Created their ads. Placed their ads in wood picture frames.

Made the larger frame from a sheet of 1/2inch plywood. Got some dry erase material (abitibi) and a letterboard. Affixed them to the plywood. Put a nice frame around the plywood and WHALA...a Board that could be paying me $10,000 a year for years to come.
