I looked at your sample site for Mike: you did
a very nice job and offered all of us a great marketing tool. Thanks.

I would appreciate a few explanations to ListBot.

I looked at the ListBot site, and they offer 2 types of service. One is free, and the other is for $99 a year.

Since this is a new tool for me ... at least on the receiving end, which service do you recommend?

Also, how would I place this service on my web site? And, do I need to contact my Web Host before adding ListBot to my site?

You make it sound pretty simple. To someone relatively new, how difficult would you say all of this is to actually do?
