Funny how things work

Hi my friends,

I just posted an answer to Michael Ross in a thread yesterday. Then today I get an email about the same technique as mention in the post with a couple of twists. :)

Here is the first lines of the email. Sound like something you read here?

Subject: Skip, step by step instructions on a cool technique
Date: 05/20/2007 2:07:50 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time

Step # 1: Create a new Google Adwords campaign and bid on names of popular Internet Marketing products selling at Clickbank. For example - day job killer, ultimate wealth package, who loves money, profit lance, rich jerk, guru slayer, etc etc. You can get a list of these products from the Clickbank marketplace.

It's funny how I find that when I am thinking of a program or just asked a question, some where some how I get more information on just the thing I was thinking about.

Best of success,

Skip Rosell

I don't know how funny it is but sometimes I'll be writing, thinking about, or discussing something and, when I open my email, there is an email about the identical topic from someone I've never even mentioned the topic to.

The internet is a truely strange environment sometimes. Maybe we're just all 'in tune' with one another because we're exposed to the same things? Could be.

Of course there's always 'copycatting' and other assorted things...too.

Hi Sandi,

Thanks for letting me know it is not only me. :)

Strange might have been a better word then funny. I agree the "in tune" might be a reason and also copycatting. That is why for the last couple of years I do not write reports or talk about some of the programs I use for my own personal profits.

I would love to share some of them because that leads to better and greater ideas.

Best of success,

Skip Rosell

Seems that way... but it's not

Skip,

Thanks for letting us in on Funny things.

Me? I'm a Skeptic. Not an automaton droid like skeptic that believes everything the Skeptic Groups put out. More your Independent variety. And while what you describe Looks funny, it's nothing more than selective filtering.

The Topic was fresh in your mind so you Tended To Notice More. That's all.

After all... you've said nothing of all the emails which had nothing to do with anything you were currently thinking of. And I bet they number in the thousands.

Michael Ross
