Unfortunately you don't get 0% credit cards in India - but people elsewhere can take advantage of this:

1. Apply for a 0% APR credit card that has no cash advance fee.

2. Withdraw cash from that credit card and invest it in a safe place.

3. Pay the low monthly fees on time. And pay the remainder balance a week before its due.

I know someone, a very good businessman, who did that very thing...almost. He had a 6 month no-interest offer from Amex Blue. He knew a business owner who needed some cash short-term. So my friend took $10,000 and lent it to the business owner for 6 months at 17%. Win-win. Everyone happy.

My friend did do his due-diligence first to make sure that the loan was safe.
