I want to thank Gordon, Margaret, Todd, Sandi, Garth, Phil, Jim, Michael, Bob and Ankesh for taking the time to respond to me. I read all the suggestions and have started to act on some of them.

This is truly the best forum I've been associated with. I've learned a great deal from you - especially ways to look at things differently, being creative, money making ideas, etc.

Even though I've got some real estate problems, I'm actually pretty knowledgeable about it. Give me a holler if you need help!
