How one guy made it big time.

Thought some of the people on this board might find this interesting.

How one guy made his bucks (lots of them) on residual income, buying low and selling high and sticking with the fundamentals.

A terrific article plus...

he really hits upon the "niche" theme. I'm surprised I don't hear/read more from startup entrepreneurs on wanting to develop a niche. Seems like everyone tries capitalizing on the same old stuff.
