Please Don't Believe You Can Get Web Hosting For Life...
 

Hi everyone,

Please do not believe you can get web hosting for life.
I have a very bad experience. You pay what you get!!

The story is that I signed up a special offer at $97 (the normal price is $249) about one month ago. At first, it's OK.

Suddenly, about a week ago, my site was down.
I asked the customer help service for the whole week, no one give me a reply. I called to the customer service, the number cannot be reached.
I sent the email to the owner for help, no reply.
I sent a refund request to the owner. OK, I get the refund (the owner does not say a "sorry" to me...or even a word!)
I have wasted a lot of my time. I have losted all my info stored in the web hosting account...

I feel really frustrated!!
I'm not going to mention the name of the company as I think it might not be appropriate to do so.

Please don't beleive you can get 100% uptime guranteed!
Please don't beleive you can get any customer support after you pay a one off fee!!
