Anyone cluey about Paint Shop Pro 8?

Hi

I know this is a marketing forum, but I'm hoping someone can help. It's kinda marketing, becasue I'm trying to design a brochure:-)

I've upgraded PSP to version 8, and it runs as slow as a wet week, painfully so. I have XP with 512Mb RAM. Any fixes for this? Please email me if you want to keep this off the forum.

Thanks for any help:-)

You're right

Hi,

I surfed over to google "Groups" and searched for the keywords on the line below:

"psp 8" slow

... and read through the messages. Many posters mentioned that psp 8 seemed to run slow, such as:

Philip, thanks for the heads up about PSP 8. I guess I'll stick with version 7.

Philip - this may be a stupid question - but have you asked the company that develops this? Maybe its just a bug or setting that needs fixing.
