Helping realtors sell homes...your opinion
 

What do you think of this business idea...Deliverying flyers in plastic bag door to door for multiple realtors. Each bag would contain the flyer advertising a home for sale, open houses, price changes, etc. More than one realtor ad per bag, so if I have 10 realtors' ads in one bad and deliver to 1,000 homes, that $1,000 for approximately 16 hours of work. I have summer off, just looking for extra $ and exercise.
One summer I delivered for 1 realtor at a time...very time consuming but charged 15 cents per flyer.
This would give the homes extra exposure . Any thoughts.

If I were a realtor I would not want to compete with 9 other agents. You might do better to combine non-competitive segments together.

ie. realestate, quick lube, etc.

Also check how much the local pennysaver charges to deliver as you may be competing with them.

I don't understand the interest in real estate during this housing market. But every crisis is an opportunity I suppose ...

I saw somewhere where people were charging banks to clean and maintain foreclosed homes so they would be in good condition to sell.

ie cutting grass, cleaning windows etc.
