ANy way to search for blogs based on readership?

Search based on subject, then readership level? Any tool to do that?

Not sure about readership level, but you can find blogs on particular subjects by searching on Google. Just type in the subject + blog. For example, "horses + blog" (without the quotation marks) will bring up blogs about horses.
