A leader is a person who influences a group of people in order to reach a common goal, a person who is willing to serve and being a leader doesn’t mean that you need to hold a position in an office for an authority. Take a look at Jesus Christ on how he served mankind. He influences us with his teachings in order for us to reach a common goal of becoming a good Christian and even led his responsibilities to his death.

Becoming a good leader hold greater responsibilities, hold great expectations, even let’s you decide on things that you need to give up or sacrifice something and that could lead you to give up personal interest in order to benefit everyone.
Becoming a leader needs humility; you need to humble down not to brag on your success or achievements.

Before I reach the peak of my success in online marketing, I was just like anyone else out there, who wanted to have a change of the world I live in, to make the world a better place. To have a good life with my family, where there are no worries. I failed many times before, it hurts but it’s part of being human. I am human… experiences with failures, made me realize that there are certain things that I missed, or there are things that I am not giving any focus at all. That is why I failed; failure to succeed made me strong and enabled me to create my own standards on ‘How to become a good leader on your Online Marketing Business’ Few tips below are the things that I have written down.

a.) Always make things in proper and in order- A leader should be organized,
from files up to his/her schedules. How one can lead if one is messy

b.) Follow a system that works for you, no matter if these are systems followed
from ideas of leaders who inspired you or these are accumulated
thoughts and ideas derived from different leaders and you created your own
pattern .

c.) Be true to your words-a leader should always act as he speaks. Apply what
you preach, and be a man of your words.

d.) Be a teacher and a guide- A leader should always teach his/her team on how
to excel in the online market, a leader should also teach his/her team on how to
duplicate, by doing so, you only not thought your team on how to build your
team’s empire, but you thought your team on how to be responsible and take
the value of being a leader.

e.) Be resourceful- as a leader you need to look for ways on how to improve
your teams performance when it comes to achieving goals, granting that it
is included in the package of being responsible

f.) Prepare your team on whatever challenges may come in this business,
prepare your team to accept negative feedbacks and condition your team
to a mind set that they can reach what they wanted to achieve. Teach your
team the Law of Attraction, it is a simple explanation , what your mind
perceived your body can achieved.

g.) Learn where to stand your post-being a leader doesn’t mean that you need to
have the figure like Hitler, in order for your team to follow you, you must learn
how to handle your team with a heart. Be compassionate, in this way, you
are close to your team, they also do things from the heart for the
benefit of all and not just from your instructions. Handling your team in a
hard way makes your team slip away from your hand. Try grasping a handful
of sand as tight as you can, the more you grasp harder, the more the sand looks
for ways to get out from your hand.

As you go along with your journey to the adventurous world of success, try to make a pause each moment when you reach certain goals, could be bigger goals or minor goals like a daily task. Always remember that a leader is not born, it is made.
