I will do *exactly* that and I'll soon have the product package itself available. I'm putting the finishing touches on things now and will soon be ready for some marketing tests.

And isn't it interesting how technology has changed even the job research tools and techniques?

Well Gordon, there is one other element. Like marketing any product, (because after all, aren't you marketing yourself and your services?), you have to be willing to sell your services into the markets that are buying. That fits in with your statement about going where the money is. For example, aerospace engineers are just not in demand like they used to be. So, if you're an aerospace engineer, you'd better be willing to make the switch to an industry that *is* buying. You might say, "But Rick. You're lucky. You're in the high-tech computer industry." My answer to that is that luck had nothing to do with it. I positioned myself in the industry many years ago and I've put forth the effort to double that salary. I've had to re-invent myself a couple of times along the way. But anyone that's willing to put forth the effort can do exactly the same.

Can't wait! You're getting me pumped just thinking about it!
