Anyone ever used any self help products they would recommend?

One which I like and has been recommended here is Sam Carpenter's work on Systems. Google Sam and find out more, or use the search feature here.

If you could narrow down the area of self help, I think you'd get more responses.

I was thinking along the lines of books by Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie. Also audio CD's or subliminal stuff like the Think Right Now products. Or motivational type products.
