A new trend to help grownups "play"...
 

Many people are simply not getting enough exercise!

Perhaps this next apparent trend might help... It's the creation of...

...playgrounds for grownups!

It's a little like a cross between a free outdoor gym, and a kids playground - though one where grownups can play, too!

Apparently it's catching on in Canada... it could catch on elsewhere, too!

That's a nice idea - and I'm sure there must have been enough dry weather here in the UK for the equipment to get some use. :O

Seriously, though, that's a great way to get families outdoors together and having some fun.

Every baby boomer should read it if they want to be younger and are willing to pay the price.
But the thing is... if you choose to pay it... you will enjoy incredible benefits... if you choose

Hi, John - well, nice to meet you too :) - yes we run a small gift and coffee shop - and do a fair bit of online selling as well. We're finding the economic conditions challenging - but at least we've managed to get more than one string to our bow ....
