Profits from Presidential Candidate Cookies...
More than one bakery is making profits a novel way...
They're baking Obama and Romney cookies! Seems like an interesting and smart idea, given the season... They're also keeping a tally of sales, which serves as a kind of "cookie vote" for the candidates...! Here are several stories, of different bakeries which are profiting from the election this way... Cookie sales predicting presidential outcome http://www.todaysthv.com/news/articl...with-your-milk It's a tight cookie race between Obama and Romney at Largo bakery http://www.tampabay.com/news/humanin...bakery/1250275 Bethel Bakery Holding a Presidential Confection Election http://foresthills-regentsquare.patc...ction-5f4cbc2b Virginia Bakery: Have your election cookies, eat them too http://www.berkeleyside.com/2012/09/...-eat-them-too/ Best wishes, Dien |

That's great idea!!!
Quick question... How can you be sure buying Obama cookies is a "vote" FOR Obama? What if my plan is to go home and put them in a blender? -- TW |
Re: Profits from Presidential Candidate Cookies...
I think this poll is far more accurate than the cookie poll ... it not only predicts OBama's reelection... it shows why: http://realclearpolitics.com/video/2...ters_2012.html

I think you're right - it shows a flaw in the "cookie election" system! Luckily, they're not replacing those voting machines with cookie stands any time soon... However, if they did, voting might be more fun! :) Best wishes, Dien |
