Hi Cornell,

I spoke to Gordon by phone just yesterday. As he has written about before, he is dealing with some health issues.

One thing which surprised me is how much pain can be involved with diabetes, it doesn't seem to be talked about much. It can be quite debilitating. It's not like normal muscular pain, since it is due to high blood glucose levels attacking the nerves themselves.

However, despite the problems, Gordon still has his amazing sense of humor intact!

I think Boz's sudden passing a few months ago was a shock as well, as they were working on some projects together.

I hope that helps to clear things up...
