I tried to add this as a comment but it didn't work out to well. I have listed on ebay a book by dean duvall by the name of "How I'm Creating A Fortune In Real Estate" If any readers may be intrested.

Du Vall story...
 

For those who may be interested, here is a quick anecdote...

I had some email correspondence with Dean Du Vall (business-related) around the middle of last year...

He wrote me a long email in response, updating me on what had most recently happened with him.

I won't go into all the details (since I don't have permission), but the short story is he had a medical issue, and was taken to hospital.

While he was recuperating in hospital, Du Vall said that his wife of the time fled with a sizable chunk of his wealth. He took her to court, and got much of it back, and they ended up getting divorced.

He then wrote a book about it, called "The Longest Con."

Du Vall has since fully recovered, and also remarried.
