Fit for success?
I came across an article by Jeff Haden which is going to make me examine my daily habits - because I don't believe I'm "fit" these days.
http://www.inc.com/jeff-haden/6-incr...sful-tues.html How about you? Is this relevant to your daily routine?? Margaret |

I have to say movement is very important. I can say, my movement is like that of a wild animal - in my case, like a hibernating bear in the depth of winter... (Unfortunately.) I try to walk half an hour every day at a minimum (for health reasons)... I find it easier to get more exercise if I get out of the house to do something. Thanks Margaret...! - Dien |
Re: Fit for success?
Even though my resting heart rate is a little higher than I’d like (I have a family history of high blood pressure too) I tend to make sure that I remain fairly fit. Even though I know I am spending entirely too many hours of the day behind my computer because I am constantly involved in dealing with people and I abhor using my phone to communicate through email.
