"Daily Special" bux
 

Here's a program I've done for the last 7 years at a local restaurant.

At a popular locals restaurant I happened to notice and pay attention to their "ratty" and "cheap-looking" Daily Special Board announcing the specials for the upcoming meals.

I asked the owner if he'd let me put up a better-looking board at NO charge. He agreed. So I went to my local Home Depot and bought some wood.....went home to my workshop and a few hours later.....WHALA! a 4 by 5 Board with a large write on wipe off piece and Ad Spaces around.

I brought it over to the restaurant and hung it from the ceiling, in between the 2 sections of the restaurant. Took a photo and proceeded to sell "rental" spaces for $300 for 6 mos. ($2,400 every 6 mos)

It's been hanging there for SEVEN years.....paying me a nice "renewal" income.
