Frustrating to see people shortsighted on their VIOP
 

Maybe I am just not as smart as the next person, but in my little circle of small business owners, we recently had a chat about VOIP providers. Some even said that despite the fact that their uptime was less (meaning they could go minutes, sometimes even 45 minutes without connectivity), they still went with the cheapest provider. Now I would argue that you do not have to always go with the most expensive option, but cutting back on something as imperative as phone connectivity seems a penny wise, a pound foolish. Anyone else agree or am I alone here? I just don't want to come across as 'frustrated' if I have no right to be...
