the web of life

Gordon,

Thank you for your post and sharing the MASTER Pictogrigm of the SQ1. I was at work when I sent my post but wanted to say more. I never touched on oxygen, proper breathing, meditation/visualization, the lymphatic system...just to name a few. This whole area is huge, fascinating and at times...emotional. It is also very profitable for many on both sides of the issue which causes problems all it's own.

For myself, I had to rebuild my foundation first. I removed chlorine, fluoride, ag lime (calcium carbonate used to remove heavy metals) from my water and replaced them with the trace minerals lacking in our waters and soils. I learned to breathe deeply again and was amazed at how powerful and relaxing this one simple process is...yet most in the western world are tense from shallow breathing. Eastern exercises like tai chi and chi kung stimulate the lymphatics and bring much needed energy into our bodies. I also made my home a "healthy home"....pulling out the carpet, refinishing the hardwood. This one act alone improved my breathing and allergies greatly.

What I am getting at is people are taking supplements by the handfuls BEFORE they have built a solid foundation for health. We will be forever putting out fires in our bodies until we do this. THEN the few supplements we need will work much better.

We are all different and must learn to listen to our own bodies. Those who can teach others to do this and help them repair their "foundations" are dearly needed.

We are made from the dust of the earth, the water of the sea and a life force/electrical energy that I know in my heart is divine in nature. Our modern way of life has caused us to lose our connection with the earth and it suffers greatly....consequently we suffer too. All things are connected in the web of life. Helping to fix this mess to me, is much more than an opportunity...it is my duty.

thanks again,
Mark
