Wowee zowee, great find. When we lived in California we raised goats. Mostly Nubian but had other ethnicities (saanen, oberholtzer cross, la mancha) tossed in from time to time. Great animals to have as pets or for dinner.

Our most popular food item was goat ice cream. People loved it. I'll spare the long preacher like tales of all the benefits of goat and only say if you have the room, raise 'em. You'll love 'em.

Oh yeah if I can find the picture of my favorite goat drinking my beer, I'll post it.
