The results of our company's last internal audit didn't go well. On this note, my boss is asking me too look for a software that can help us methodically employ both corrective and preventive actions. Any suggestions?

What was used to find the problems? What ever the Auditor used, might be a good starting point.

And this way too little information to offer any real suggestions.

you need to know the errors first so you can identify the most cost-effective actions that can be implemented to correct error.

I went to a consultant earlier and I was referred this software. I just have to contact them now for some clarifications and a quote. If all goes well, I might go with them.
