The act has never been fully repealed. It was used to prosecute Daniel Ellsberg and Edward Snowden. No Snowden hasn't been prosecuted as of yet but it is the basis for action proposed against him.

I guess all that bull**** about free speech is really bull****. Oh well.

Civil rights are a funny thing. Why? Because they are civil.

How's that related to the Sedition Act? I'll let you figure that out.

Hint: Use Black's Law 6th edition and look up civil rights and your jaw will drop in wide eyed agapeness.
