"Get rich" guru jailed for fraud, filmed himself in mansions he didn't own...
 

This is an unbelievable article...

It shows how a "get rich" guru in the UK tricked people into paying a £2000 British pound sign up fee ($2500 US dollars) to help them get rich...

He used videos to promote his lifestyle, showing himself in mansions, and leaning on expensive cars...

It turns out that one trick he used was, he visited a mansion which was for sale. He then asked if he could film a video in the mansion "to show his fiancee"...

In another case, he rented a mansion for 24 hours, then, in a video, said it was part of his extensive property portfolio...

He's just been jailed for 2 years for fraud.

Thanks for sharing this, Dien.

A lot of people are in desperate financial conditions and are always on the look-out for a much needed "quick-fix" to get back on track.

And people like this guy prey on such naive souls.

P.S. I hope some real estate agents will learn to keep an eye on a few "clients" who want a "selfie" to impress their friends...

My thoughts really go out to the poor souls who have been scammed out of their hard-earned money.

Let's hope they learn from this rather harsh "educational failure"...

It's hard to be 100% immune to being scammed...!

People get caught up in the excitement!

I once bought around 10 electric shavers, which I found someone selling very cheaply, supposedly brand new... I was going to flip them individually on eBay for a profit.

When I got them home, I found out they were really bad... Couldn't really trim any whiskers at all! The seller had long gone... I couldn't bring myself to sell them (as it would be a rip off). I think I may still have those useless electric shavers somewhere...!
