I think you could do both...some people will
want your "reorganizing" service for a fee
and "also want someone to take the clutter-stuff"
with them....
Others might want you just to pick up the
clutter...
I like the idea of someone "rearranging the
stuff" I own and then taking the other stuff
with them when they leave...
