Default This reminded me of my old friend, Floyd...

Don,

Thanks for the memories.

I had an old friend of mine who was in the storm window business. He is dead and gone on to his reward now, but Floyd made his living selling and installing aluminum storm windows.

Here in Kentucky, it could be an all-year-round business since storm windows help keep cool air in during the summer A/C season as well as cold air out in the winter.

My present home has the double-pane thermal windows, so I guess we don't need storm windows. But I know a lot of homes could probably use them.

Maybe I should check into it. I just got downsized at my day job...I'm having to start over in the job market at age 52.

Thanks again for the tips, and thanks for reminding me of ol' Floyd.

Be blessed,

JDB
