I'll just share this with you and leave it at that: we learned of this from several nurses at our local hospitals who swab out their noses to STAY WELL while working with flu patients. It works incredibly well for them, It works for us...

But... I HEREBY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE ELSE.
