Peter,
I downloaded Barron's book a week ago. I printed it out, and gave it to my wife to read too.
I discussed some of Jon's ideas with a local GNC store owner. She was quite familiar with the book, and said she agreed with much of what he said.
So, on her advise, the wife and I will begin to follow some of Jon's ideas slowly, so as not to
"overload" right away.
