I use NoMonthlyFees.com. You pay $200 upfront for the first year, then $70 annually. I'm currently in my 3rd year with them.
The annual fee covers your domain name (or a credit if you already have one), 500MB of dedicated space on a server, tracking service, site support, and a lot of tools for the webdesigner.
Considering the $70 renewal includes your domain name, it works out to about $5 per month for your actual hosting cost.
They have a very good online time percentage.
They have also added a monthly pay program for those who don't want to commit to the year long contract.
Another advantage of the large dedicated domain is that you can have up to 5 or 6 sub-domains within your 500MB. This is perfect for those who choose to create one or more mini-sites.
My website only uses a fraction of the total space, but the rest is mine to use as I need it.
You can visit my site and see how many products and pages I have, and it doesn't require one-fifth of the available server space.
