Re: Getting a refund
Deb:
First, realise you are trying to contact these people during the holiday season. Many businesses shut down for a week or so during the Christmas / New Year break.
Think of it from an Official Holiday Days viewpoint...
Wednesday and Thursday were holiday days. No-one would bother coming into work on Friday - thus getting a long weekend.
Then, they probably also have Monday and Tuesday off because Wednesay is another holiday day.
You will not find many companies employing people at overtime holiday rates - most likely being double time - just to wait for a problem to occur.
It has ONLY been one week, during a known holiday time period. So don't be too concerned just yet. You have up to six months to file a charge back for non-delivery of product.
Be patient and they will get back to you. Assuming your emails have actually gotten through. - At this time of year, email boxes can get full very fast if email is not checked daily and dealt with. If they had a break, they could also be trying to deal with the backlog.
If you truly want to get in contact with them... I mean really... call them. Get their phone number off of their website and call them.
By the way... have you checked your credit card to see if the transaction actually took place?
Hope this helps.
