Just wondering if you have tested the
concept that you are marketing on
your site? Have it tried it on a local
basis?

I find your concept rather interesting
and something that could work, but as
you know the market is the true test.

A suggestion is to perhaps include
details of a test case. Of course
you can put the usual caveats that
results will differ due to market
and effort expended.
