Reasoning for above
Hi,
The reason I would try the above procedure is as follows:
Most URLMON.DLL-related KB (MS Knowledge Base) articles pertain somehow to IE installations that
have gone bad. URLMON.DLL is a shared file and can get deleted in various ways, such as by uninstalling some versions of the Netscape browser--the ones that would have been used in the Win95 timeframe.
Again, doing a "repair IE" is the procedure I would try if I was having your problem.
