Hi Dien,

Way to go guy!

I also started re-exercicing lately.
I do stationary biking and military marching.

Still very little but I have to compensate
for years of "couching" and loving my
computer too much.

The benefits noticed so far:

1) more energy
2) feel better
3) sleep better
4) eat less
5) re-started my "almost dead brain"
6) want to do more
7) getting more creative
8) love life more and more
9) clothes feels looser
10) enjoying the winter more

It is absolutely "The Way To Go For Success".

Go ahead, get out of your comfort zone
just make sure you don't go all the way
to the "twilight zone".
