If you want to look younger, feel better, live longer, get stronger, improve your attitude, have better sex, etc, etc, etc ... engage in resistance training.
In other words, lift weights.
Proven over and over again by research - and I speak from 35 years of personal experience as well - if you could only do one thing to get and maximize all the benefits described above, you would have to go with lifting weights.
So if you really are sincere about going for the gusto, put lifting weights at the top of your "must do" list. Works for me.
