D.D.

Every morning, millions of people go to work. Each evening, some of those millions come home and don't have to go to work the next morning. They have been given the boot. Downsized, if you prefer the "softer" term.

They had no idea they were going to be tossed aside like last year's fashion when they went to work in the morning. They "trusted" their employer.

If no one trusted their employer, no one would ever do a good job. No one would bother being on time. No one would care one iota. Why bother? Why care? The bastard is only going to sack us anyway.

And what kind of world would we be living in if that was the case?

The same could be said of any software used to automate the affiliate program and handle the payouts. Even Clickbank.

After all... who is to know whether Clickbank actually lets you know about every purchase, right? I mean... couldn't they keep one in one thousand transactions to themselves and make more money?

Sure they could. But what would happen if one of those who bought, which Clickbank kept, contacted the creator of the product to complain or give praise?

The seller would go back through the Clickbank records and see no such transaction. Questions would then be asked of Clickbank. Doubt would enter the minds of sellers. They would take their business elsewhere. Clickbank would died a slow internet death.

Not worth it for Clickbank to do that.

What if Clickbank goes bust before sending the money they owe you?

What if your boss goes bust before payday?

There is no 100% undeniable certainty that you will get every single penny (or part of a penny down to the sixth decimal place). But a 99.999999% payout should be close enough to perfect to be acceptable.

If in doubt... go with those who use third party payment processors - like Clickbank, Paysystems, etc.
