My favorite was the first "Flex Cop" article (linked to near the end of your post).... What an incredible way to use pattern interruptions! (You'll also notice some of this in Remote Influence....)

I've experimented a little with NLP, mostly a couple of years ago. For example, I did try anchoring, and I'm convinced that anchoring seemed to work. I also experimented a little with embedded commands, and I'm less certain that that worked. However, it is a fascinating topic.
