Frank:
I've snipped your post to show the basics of what you're asking. Which is,
only recruiting and building a downline to do all the selling for you.
THAT causes a problem. And the successful model you are looking for will remain hidden to you because
all you are interested in is selling the opportunity and not the product.
How will those you want be enticed? By telling them all they have to do is find X number of people to do the selling, right? And how do you expect them to build a downline? By telling people all they have to do is find X number of people to do the selling. And on and on. Always selling the opportunity and not the product.
You want to build a downline? First thing to do is
SELL THE PRODUCT!
Treat is like any other product you are able to get at wholesale prices.
Only after you have established a proven method for selling the product should you consider recruiting people to sell for you. Because only after you have a proven method for selling the product, will you have something to give to your downline which will enable them to sell the product.
To approach it any other way is marketing death. You will be trying to get people, who have no idea on how to sell, to sell a product you yourself don't even sell. And you'll be telling them of all the wonderful money they can make selling this product (or getting others to sell it) when you aren't doing it.
Sell the product yourself. Develop a proven system for doing so. After that, then you might consider letting others use your product selling system.
Product sales first. Recruitment second. That is a model that works. Recruitment without a desire to sell any product yourself does not work and causes MLM burnout.
