If you have a pre-existing legal problem, Pre-Paid Legal is not going to help you; at least, not in the circumstances you describe. You would be much better served if you are seeking help with this specific problem to consult with a local attorney who is familiar with this type of situation. (I speak as both a legal assistant and a soon-to-be former Pre-Paid Legal affiliate.)

Regarding the bus-op end, if you are not averse to the MLM format and if you do not mind engaging in some heavy sales tactics and if you are not expecting a large income from only a few hours work, then this could be something you might wish to investigate further.
