This is very irritating. I uninstalled some spam ware from my computer and in the process it looks like it screwed up some settings somewhere and now when I click on a "target = new" html link (or right click and choose "open in a new window") nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling IE and it still doesn't work.

Any ideas?
