Thanks, those are great "snippets" - very educational! I've seen Jurgen Wolff's book in bookstores - I'll have to get myself a copy.... :)

Meanwhile, your post reminded me about another book I've read about - though I haven't read the book itself. (It only seems to be available in the UK - though you can order it through www.amazon.co.uk .)

The book is "Doing It Different" by David Clutterbuck. It also seems to about about a lot of "wacky" businesses - that succeed by virtue of being quite different from their competition.

I found chapter one of "Doing It Different" online - it's a good read. You can find it at the link below.... (The formatting is a bit strange, but it's readable.)
