Thanks for the clarification, John. BTW I never said that Marlon Sanders would spam...he has my highest regards...but since you didn't specify that it was from a list, I wondered how it was being done...that's all. I understand now.

As for keeping hard copies of sign-ups, definitely...but, what some newbies who read the board may not know, is you should include a copy of the headers so you can prove where it came from. A signature on an email will not provide proof if it is needed.
